DESCRIPTION

WHAT IS 5RHYTHMS® FOR KIDS?
5Rhythms is a free style dance inviting children to discover their own movement, creativity, expression and confidence. Dancing with activities in the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness brings children to a deeper connection to their bodies and to others. 5Rhythms offers children the full spectrum of movement and dance for physical development, expression and imagination.

Free parking available opposite Clements Hall at Scarcroft Primary School.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
