A space to dance without any established pattern, to identify your free and spontaneous movement in a natural way. We will discover the 5 rhythms slowly, I will offer some open indications for you to enter your own dance safely

Every month is focused in one Rhythm. This Rhythms are an investigation related to a point in our lives. Join the group to discover your inner dance.

NOTES

What to use: Comfortable clothes to sweat in, a bottle of water and the willingness to get down with your dance

This class is offered as part of the requirements for completing the 5Rhythms Teacher Training Program. Juli Borràs is currently participating in the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms teacher. These classes support the trainee's growth and development as a 5Rhythms teacher
