BASIC MAGIC
6 vrijdagochtenden dansen om dieper te duiken in het dansen van de 5Ritmes.
We dansen met de verschillende body parts om ingangen te vinden naar steeds opnieuw een eigen unieke dans.
We dansen om elk specifiek ritme dieper, breder, creatief te onderzoeken.
Omdat de basis van de 5Ritmes al zoveel moois kan geven.

NOTES
We'll be dancing and exploring each class one specific Rhythm and use this rhythm deeper, wider in our dance. Every class we'll be dancing a full wave. Deepening our embodiement of the 5Rhythms.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
