DESCRIPTION
Being here / Beat goes on... Booking FormTwo 6 week closed groups on Zoom for students looking to connect and work with the medicine of the 5Rhythms wisdom teachings in these challenging times. There will be online dance as well as time for individual and group sharing.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
