DESCRIPTION

A class might be your weekly meditation or workout or simply your way to tune into the collective joy of being part of a group of people letting go and dancing. Whether we dance an entire 5Rhythms wave or spend a whole session investigating one part of it, each class gives us a new experience of this practice, so that, over time, we can develop a personal, integrated understanding of the practice as a whole.

The rhythms themselves are gateways to literally thousands of different movement landscapes. Like the body, they are alive and designed to catalyze the dancer’s movement expression in the moment. You are different every time you walk into the room; so is the group and so is your teacher. Therefore, each class holds completely unique possibilities.
