DESCRIPTION

A space to sink into all that you are moving with, a space to feel, to express,

to connect and move with all that life is offering you in this moment.

All are welcome to join, no experience needed. We will dance for about 50 minutes, leaving time at the end for an optional sharing circle. This practice invites you to move and follow your body's impulses and responses to the music. This is a facilitated, free form movement practice.
