Ongoing group of 5-6 Tuesdays, please register in advance for the full series. Each evening, we'll put the emphasis on one particular rhythm within a whole wave. You are welcome, whatever your experience, age, shape, fitness and possible physical limitations - they can all be brought into movement, in your unique way, respecting how you are and what you feel right now.NOTES
Elckerlyc and sometimes the Clarissa hall of the Cultural Centre Diest, in the Begijnhof of Diest. This series of 6 is programmed from 16 April to 21 May, more info on our website, 8pm to 10pm, doors open from 7:45pm. 75€ for the series.
