5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement meditation practice - a workout for body,
heart and soul. How can we free ourselves from the patterns that paralyze,
the stories that keep us small, and the doubts that disrupt embodied joy?
In this class series we will let the medicine of the 5Rhythms guide us to
a deeper experience of our own dancing freedom. Come as you are, come
curious, come release and reSource.
All movement experience is welcome.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
