DESCRIPTION
Autumnal Equinox Celebration w/Jenelle Smith. As we enjoy the equal day to night, the days get shorter, the nights are crispier, the air is dryer. These are often the best beach days, the sun feels generous and the off-shore winds give us the most beautiful waves. In this very social time when it's cooler and we have so much to do before winter is upon us, let us take note of our internal harvest and set an intention for the last quarter of the year. Bring an item that symbolizes abundance in your life.NOTES
Bring plenty of water, we dance bare foot and wear comfortable clothes with layers for heating up and cooling down.

CLASS LEVEL DETAILS
A 5Rhythms SpaceHolder is mentored closely by a 5Rhythms Teachers Association member. The intention is to create consistent space for self-guided practice in the frontiers of our worldwide tribe. SpaceHolders organize 5Rhythms workshops a few times a year and host their mentor teacher in person or via skype to teach waves Classes. When the teacher is not in town, the SpaceHolder offers 2 5Rhythms Waves compiled in collaboration with their mentor, for students to practice. Read more about our SpaceHolder Mentorship program for communities that do not yet have a certified 5Rhythms teacher.
