Seducing ourselves into wholeness and connection through a body parts meditation!

In this class, we will explore the 5Rhythms movement meditation through the body parts and how with our curiosity, natural creativity, attention and fascination, this practice can support our becoming embodied and present in the here and the now. And with this pathway to embodiment and presence, we will dive deep into the 5Rhythms Waves meditation!

- All are welcome.
- No previous 5Rhythms experience necessary
- No previous dance or conscious movement experience necessary
- Just bring yourself and your body (all parts of you!), your breath and your dance (whatever dance you need to have, or that needs to dance you!)
