Wednesday 5th is an open session for all - you can decide then if you want to continue with the group or not. Book here just for Wednesday 5th.
Closed group
I'm kicking off New Year offerings with an on-line closed group from Wednesday January 5th. It starts on Twelfth Night and runs for 5 weeks - Radiance. Using the 5 Rhythms and some inquiry into our own lives, we will dance, check in and open our hearts and eyes to 2022. You will need to sign up for all 5 sessions, making a commitment to attend as many as possible. - Wednesday eves - 7.15 - 9.15pm. £75 generous or £60 standard for 5 sessions.
