DESCRIPTION
The Zone.... we've all had a taste of that blissful place while doing sports or dancing, being in nature, meditating... time seems to stop and we are deliciously present. At times a gift from Grace, this state can consciously be invited through the energetic portals of the 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.This class series focuses on the physical gateways to each rhythm, opening the possibilities for deeper access to ecstatic trance beyond the mind. Insights gained from this practice are life tools.
Open to ALL levels of experience and abilities.
Best taken as a series. Drop-ins also welcome
