We will explore the inner movement and look for the gold inside. A deepening movement class. We use 5Rhythms and Authentic Movement and some creative expression in writing or drawing. You can dance all Mondays if you wish and combine both series: 5Rhythms Evening class and Golden Ball Evening class.Pilot €99. Fully booked.
