As part of the movement class offerings at Ecstatic Dance Salt Lake, I'll be facilitating a 5Rhythms guided dance open to all abilities and levels of experience.$5 for class only or fee included if you stay to participate in the dance after from 11 am - 1:45 pm $15

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
