DESCRIPTION

5Rhythms Waves class. All levels of experience welcome. Class is taught in Finnish with translation into English when needed (please come see me at the start of the class to let me know you need translation).

COVID-19: I am closely monitoring the situation and following all instructions given by the government and THL. If necessary, in-person classes will be substituted by online classes.

The dance space has a sprung floor built for dancing as well as a good ventilation system. Spaces are limited in this class because of the COVID situation, so pre-registration is required.

Guidelines for live in-person classes:

* ONLY come to class if you are healthy. If you have any flu symptoms or a cough, stay at home.

* Avoid physical contact and keep a safe distance to other dancers.

* Please wash your hands before and after the class.

PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
