DESCRIPTION
Monthly 5Rhythms Women’s Sweat5Rhythms Women’s Sweat is an opportunity for all women in the community to join together and dance! Every First Monday from 7:30pm - 9pm. We will go out for tea or food after we dance!
$15 @ the door - No one turned away. Just show up!
Warmup from 7:30-7:50. Please arrive by 8pm!

Core Dance Studio in Downtown Decatur:
Their are 2 door entrances to Core studio! Please use the back studio door where our parking lot is located at 519 North McDonough Rd. Decatur, GA 30030. This entrance is near Eddie's Attic and Waffle House. DO NOT try to enter from Decatur Square.
Free Parking in Decatur after 6pm.
Free parking in the courthouse parking garage across the street after 6pm.

CLASS LEVEL DETAILS
A 5Rhythms SpaceHolder is mentored closely by a 5Rhythms Teachers Association member. The intention is to create consistent space for self-guided practice in the frontiers of our worldwide tribe. SpaceHolders organize 5Rhythms workshops a few times a year and host their mentor teacher in person or via skype to teach waves Classes. When the teacher is not in town, the SpaceHolder offers 2 5Rhythms Waves compiled in collaboration with their mentor, for students to practice. Read more about our SpaceHolder Mentorship program for communities that do not yet have a certified 5Rhythms teacher.
