Are you able to move fluidly, being clear, able to be creative, expressing freedom and listening or pausing to breathe in your life! The invitation is to move and express your story from Beginning, Middle and End of 2018 through the 5Rhythms!
Join Karen, certified 5Rhythms teacher for guided movement meditation experience for a longer time to move beyond your comfort zone stay connected in your feet, deep breath investigation of the body. We will experience 2 Waves instead of one, Feel the pulse, beat, momentum and be driven through the body to awaken, skin, cells, blood, heart, and soul of your movement.

Some guidelines for our movement experience:
-bring plenty of water to drink
-wear comfortable clothes for movement
-commit to movement the entire time
-wear dance shoes if needed, otherwise we dance barefoot
-turn off cell phone
