DESCRIPTION

Join us again for this 3hrs Waves with 1st set with Jada Jane( teacher in training) and 2nd set with Yiannis Thrasyvoulou.

As we progressed into March, dancing our flow beginning of the year and allowing our receptive nature to follow through with ease and grace. This is the time for gentle reminders and focus to put our intentions into actions, for clarity and showing up fully in our commitments in this dance of Life.

Be it big or small, actions speaks louder then words.

Actions in the form of movements, we dance to create and ignite this fire in us to continuously be curious in all things; be in sync with the flow of nature within and without that is constantly changing; taking time to tune into our breaths in connection with our Spirit/Soul.

What is your intention/action for the year 2018? 

The lunar year of Earth Dog, as with the element of Dog "it is a year of communication; never do things by halves due to their dedicated attitude toward life, always sticking things out."

We invite you to come dance this evening with your intentions, together we will explore the dance in our own expressions.

All are welcome, no experience needed just your willingness to dive within yourself and a curious open heart.
