DESCRIPTION
5Rhythms dance is for anyone and everyone with an interest in freeing up their natural dancer.
With or without music, we'll discover the natural moves our body wants to make and give ourselves permission to be as grand and as goofy as we please!
The wave of the 5Rhythms will be our guide as we release old patterns that do not serve and open up to new possibilities, gaining self-knowledge through pleasure!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
