DESCRIPTION

Often as mums we get lost in the hectic pace of life and duty....making sure the kids have breakfast, taking them to school, looking after everyone else...our own needs get lost in the busy-ness.

This class is the space where we finally get to take a breath and say 'ok this is me time' and actually have room to open up at our own pace. We will discover a slow and gentle way of being, connecting with ourselves and moving what we find.
