Pre-registration is required.

Class numbers will be limited to 20 per class.

When (any combination of classes):

Monday Sept. 7, Monday Sept. 21, Saturday Sept. 12, Saturday Sept. 26

5:00-7:00 PM

You can attend any combination of these classes, but pre-registration is required.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
