DESCRIPTION

Both these powerful modalities are powerful dynamic meditations that found their place and influence in the Human Potential Movement decades ago. Combined together in one session, as they work in synergy, the impact is guaranteed to leave you feeling elated, refreshed, centered, and in love with the spirit of all things as you fall in full awareness of and presence to life.

Each session is designed to cover one Osho meditation technique + one 5Rhythms movement theme:

January 25: Mandala Meditation // 5R Receiving Fluidly

February 16: Chakra Sound Meditation // 5R Expressing Clearly

March 22: Devavani Meditation // 5R Releasing freely

April 19: Laughing Meditation // 5R Lightening up effortlessly

May 24: Gourishnakar Meditation // 5R Letting be breath-fully

June 21: Chakra Breathing // 5R Integration

NOTES

The class will be taking place in the studio's Zen Salt Room, which is constructed from natural pink Himalayan Salt and is modelled after the caves that have been in existence for hundreds of years. The rock salt is derived from evaporated ancient lakes and seas and sourced from deep underground caverns.

The “Zen” Salt Room is a therapeutic and healing space, where you get the benefits of Salt Therapy (all listed here: https://kintsugidubai.com/the-zen-salt-room/ ) with cleansing property and enhanced lung function and stamina.

The room has entire walls built from Pink Himalayan Salt Brick. We also have a Halo-generator, a device that grinds and gently disperses pharmaceutical grade salt particles into the air for effortless absorption. You can also sit down or lie down and meditate on our loose salt beds.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
