It’s famous in the country. We dance, sweat and enjoy the fresh taste of delicious summer fruit at the end. For the seventh year we dance the SummerWaves. Every week a 5Rhythms® Wave in De Danszaal. This year with international guest teacher Dagmar Cee (DE) on 18 July.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
