DESCRIPTION
We will be exploring each of the 5 Rhythms (flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness) in this introductory series to explore how we can tap into the wisdom of the body and allow it to speak to us through movement. This will be a closed series so that we can dive deep into our exploration. We will build foundational body awareness to help with navigating our internal and external worlds - on and off the dance floor. Come with an open heart, open mind and ready to move in YOUR way. Proof of COVID vaccination is a requirement for registration.NOTES
No experience needed. Please bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Barefoot exploration encouraged, street shoes prohibited on the dance floor. Additional details will be provided upon registration.
