CLASSES ARE BI-LINGUAL ENGLISH-SPANISH

Estirar, bailar, expresarse a través del cuerpo, a veces trabajaremos con otras artes y a veces hablaremos un poco.

Cada sesión trabaja con una intención y cada sesión es diferente.

Nos moveremos con la practica y las mapas de los 5Ritmos.

No es necesario experiencia previa, pero por favor avisar en recepción si no tienes experiencia previa.

QUE PREPARAR:

Un espacio limpio y aclarado.

Capas de ropa para calentar o refrescar.

Botella para rellenar- hay agua allí.

Hay esterillas, pero llevar toallas o toallitas para limpiar si lo crees necesario. El centro también tiene taquillas y duchas.
