EMMA'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS CLASS :
This a wake up and move class, ease your way into the day, dance into the day. This is a short class to encourage beginners to come as some are put off by the two hour classes!! but it is open to all levels of experience. We go straight into the body parts and a wave.
