Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms® is a philosophy, a perspective and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the body in motion, the psyche will heal itself. This class is offered as part of the requirements for completing the 5Rhythms® Teacher Training program. Anna is currently on the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms® teacher. This class supports her growth and development as a 5Rhythms® teacher.
