Les "Vagues" des 5 Rythmes® offrent un voyage dansé à travers le cycle des 5 Rythmes®. Elle sont accompagnées d'instructions vous invitant à expérimenter certaines postures ou exercices.Créé aux Etats-Unis dans les années 70 par la danseuse Gabrielle Roth (1941-2012), la Danse des 5 Rythmes® est une danse libre, méditation en mouvement.
Il n'y a pas de geste à apprendre, de performance à réussir. Vous êtes invités à revenir à votre corps, votre respiration et à laisser se déployer votre mouvement en toute liberté dans une danse légèrement guidée. "Si vous ne dansez pas votre danse, qui le fera ?", questionnait Gabrielle Roth.
La proposition première est d'expérimenter 5 rythmes® différents qui initient à 5 postures, 5 énergies, présentes en chacun de nous et dont nous avons tous besoin. Vous pouvez alors par la danse, venir réveiller les ressources associées à ses 5 archétypes.
"Chaque rythme est un enseignant, un catalyseur, un guérisseur, une porte vers votre âme", signale Gabrielle Roth.
