5Rhythms is flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness®. 5 ways of moving representing 5 ways of being. With feets, hips, head, hands and breath. We practice to move it all and release the dancer in us. Welcome to dicover 5Rhythms in this open class (no booking needed) or the day workshop on Sunday 15 September 2019.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
