DESCRIPTION
In this weekly 5Rhythms® class we are supported to increase our awareness and to free ourselves to become more alive and awake to life. When we learn from the different rhythms on the dance floor it tremendously affects how we can ride these rhythms off the dance floor. All are welcome to join in this moving exploration. Just come as you are. No experience in the 5Rhythms® or other dance needed.NOTES
Christ Church Cathedral School is 912 Vancouver Street (at Rockland Avenue). The entrance is located behind the school beside the parking lot off Rockland Avenue. Free parking is available on the street and in the parking lot. Bike racks are located at the Christ Church Cathedral (Burdette Avenue entrance).
Doors will open at 6:45pm and class will be from 7:00pm to 8:45pm.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
