DESCRIPTION
In this class we will explore the purity of each Rhythm. In Flowing, moving from our core center into the unknown. In Staccato, we will discover new ways to express our truth with clarity. Chaos provides us with the possibility to surrender and let go with ease and softness, creating spaciousness within. When we tune in, express and let go we create an opening in Lyrical to manifest all possibilities of being. Who am I in this moment, in the next moment, and the next? Staying present in Stillness, continuing to follow and move with our breath, we can fully integrate our experience and listen deeply to the messages that arise, moment by moment. This series gives us an opportunity to work deeply with each Rhythm and investigate how they move in our lives both on and off the dance floor.NOTES
