You are not just a moving body, you are a feeling heart, a thinking mind, a creative soul and a unique expression of spirit. In this 5 week course, the invitation is to bring your whole self to the dancefloor, to reunite all the parts of yourself in one living dance.

Week 1 – Experiencing the Body
Week 2 – Expressing the Heart
Week 3 – Exploring the Mind
Week 4 – Expanding into Soul
Week 5 – Embodying Spirit

Whether you're encountering 5Rhythms for the first time, or you've been dancing for years, there's a place for you on this course. Whether you feel fit or unfit, shy or confident, free or frozen, you are welcome on this dancefloor.
