Alive and Open - A six week committed group

DESCRIPCION
This 5Rhythms committed group will be an opportunity to dive into deeper explorations of the 5Rhythms maps with the same people over six weeks.It is a different experience to weekly drop-in or taster classes. Trust, connection and relationship builds within the group, and this allows for an expanded exploration.
Together we will explore the following:
- Bodyparts - Physical Freedom
- The F Map - Fluid, Focus, Free, Funky, Fulfilled
- Being In and Being Out in the Dance
- Shadow and Light in the Rhythms
- The D Map - Discover, Define, Dissolve, Disappear, Detach
- The 5 levels of Relationships
Thursdays - 5.30pm to 7pm @ Dance Limerick Studio
November 10th, 17th, 24th
December 1st, 8th, 15th
PRE-BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL.
Cost: €100 payable in advance - details below.
Prerequisites: You must have attended a taster class with me, or have previous experience of the 5Rhythms with other teachers, or indeed other movement practices: Movement Medicine, Open Floor, Soul Motion, which all have their roots in Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms.
The 5Rhythms is a creative, free yet disciplined practice, that will take you out of your head and into your body. Healing, connecting, awakening, increasing your self-awareness.
Your body if it is given the opportunity and space, will know what it needs and how it wants to dance.
