Fall 'Back2Back Waves' offer the opportunity to dance 2 waves/sessions with 2 different teachers. Yes! 2 waves in the same evening! Diving deep and receiving the medicine of 2 teachers and the support of a whole tribe!5Rhythms drop-in class. Welcome to join. No experience is needed
October 8th: Doctor LOVE
Doctor LOVE is listening to the heart. His medicine supports us to express ourselves in a clear and honest way.
In our 5Rhythms practice, clarity and heartful communication are found in the rhythm of Staccato.
We explore the physicality of this rhythm as well as the emotional aspects of it.
To take full advantage of this exploration, it is recommended that you attend both waves so Doctor LOVE can deliver its optimal treatment (there is a special discount)

We will practice the Art of being alive in the present moment, full of breath, curiosity and trust for what is waiting to unfold and be released thru our movements.
Only you can dance your dance !
NOTAS
Timing: 1st wave: 6pm to 8pm (arrive 10 minutes ahead to enjoy the whole session).
2nd wave: 8:15pm to 10:15pm.
Attention, the registration desk for those participating in the second session only will open at 8pm and close at 8:15pm.
