21-day of meditation through the wave of the 5 Rhythms. Every day starting from Thursday 6 and until Wednes 26 October, at 7.15 (Italian time), we connect on zoom and using Mixcloud to listen to music.

In each session: 15 minutes for the welcome, instructions and preparation, 30 minutes dancing a wave of 5 Rhythms independently and 15 minutes of silence or sharing after the practice.
