Online 5Rhythms class on Zoom. UK based dancers only, for music licensing reasons.
We are meeting online during the lock down and discovering that we can still access the powerful healing medicine of moving through the 5Rhythms.
Alone and together.
Welcome to a powerful healing journey with movement breath and music. Welcome everything that arises and all that you are as part of the scared dance of life.
Nourish your body heart mind soul and spirit.
NOTAS
The Zoom room will open at 7.15pm.
Do come early if you are new to zoom so you can settle in.
Preferably have your video on and set up in such a way that you will be visible for most of the time. Give yourself room to dance by clearing a physical space and removing potential distractions (eg email and phone notifications)
Dress in comfy layers and have some water handy.
