Drop-in class for all levels. We start with relaxation in order to come 'home' in the body. Then we let the body 'open itself' to release its spontaneous movements. A class for both experienced and new dancers.

We are in Studio 1 at Marika's. Price: 200 SEK. or 1800:- for 10 times. No class 24/6

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
