We are all different, but we are all one. At the center of our struggles there is only love. Sanctuary is a sacred space to explore the shapes of your dancing heart within a safe haven of other moving bodies & the refuge of our collective breath. This is a large class that lives up to its name! $20 at the door. $15 first-timers & those in need.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
