11-12:30 (virtual doors open 10:45 for soft beginning) Class msic ends at 12:15, stay for a check in on Wednesday mornings we work in our hearts for a deeper exploration of the dance of rhythm and relationshipa sanctuary for your inner inquirythis is a more intimate group, and we welcome your participation there is space for full dancing, guided work and exploration.the theme changes weekly, the focus is on presence and personal transformation.

NOTAS

early arrival is of value. we begin softly, please make space in your home. Have a journal or some colors and paper nearby to record elements that emerge in the area. have water to drink, wear comfortable movement clothing, and an open attention. footwear for those who are unaccustomed is best in split soled dance form, wherever you are moving drop in, treat this as ritual space.. conversation is left outside, cell phones are turned off, and hearts opened.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
