Additional information:

Dancing is barefoot or with dancing shoes. No experience is necessary and all levels of physical fitness are welcome. Please bring water and clothes suitable for dancing (you might also sweat)!

Pricing for payment on the night is £12, £10 low income or £6 for unwaged. Advanced payment (48 hours before class) is £10, £8 or £5 for unwaged. For info on how to pay in advance or for any other questions about the class, please contact markaustin5rhythms@gmail.com

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
