DESCRIPCION

”Endless Waves” is an invitation to embark on an embodied adventure, where we dive into our movement and allow ourselves to be embraced by the dance. Wave by wave, layer by layer, we drop in, reaching towards the wisdom in our bodies and the still sanctuary we carry inside us. We will practice attentive, loving presence through our movement. Moving to befriend ourselves. Moving to give ourselves over to the life moving in us. Moving to create connections, within ourselves and with others.

There will be time to soften into our stuck places, allowing them to set the pace and teach us how to open. There will be time for movement and rest, being social and being in solitude, your own dance and our shared dance, for creativity and silence. Weather permitting, we have some time for moving outside, allowing ourselves to also be opened by the elements.
