Whether you are just beginning or have been dancing for decades, a fundamentals workshop offers an invaluable opportunity to unravel and uncover movement patterns in your daily living.

Supported and guided by Michelle Lampis, 5R certified teacher and dance and somatic movement therapist (MA).

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
