In this workshop, we will investigate The 5Rhythms Wave from many different angles. From playful to profound, approaching the practice in a large variety of ways will offer fresh insights to both novice and seasoned participants. Open to all levels of experience and abilities.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
