We all have skeletons in the closet and we all have those aspects of ourselves that we actually can't even see, And they are all parts of ourselves that make us whole. One of my teachers Lucia Horan says there is no 'Yin and Yang', only 'Yin Yang'. We are both sides of the coin. We are the full moon and the dark moon, the heavy and the light, the seen and the unseen. Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms Shadow Map shines the light on truth, beckoning us into the pure essence of authenticity. Through self compassion, love and curiosity we will dance all our skeletons in our holy temple of the body.
