Let us celebrate our uniqueness, dancing our rebel energy. Allowing this energy to show us, how to embody our inner healer and how to unfold and integrate the wounded healer.

In ‘Rebel Buddha’ Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche describes the rebel within us, the part of us that already knows, how to break free of fear and unhappiness.

Gabrielle Roth, the founder of the 5Rhythms, told us the importance of embodying the spirit through dancing.

The rebel dancer is a possibility to break free and embody the spirit to experience the power of healing, to move beyond walking sleep, imitations and falling apart and re-find our imagination and inspiration to embody the compassionated healer.

We will use the map of the 5Rhythms, flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, to allow our rebel dancer to break free and express the embodied healer.

If you sign out the 17th of October and after you get 50% refund and on the day of the workshop, you get no refund. There is no refund if you leave the workshop.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
