In the cycles of our years the winter solstice period is a perfect time to stop for a moment and have a look at the year. The practice of 5Rhythms movement meditation provides a useful, deep way to be connected to the flow of our life.

This retreat is an opportunity for you to step out of your routines and have a curious look at the past year. Which were the events, the meetings, the things which gave us something valuable? Which are the ones we are grateful for? We’ll bring our memories into motion quite literally. Our memories will turn into moving meditation. And whatever is coming into motion will talk to us. And when the feeling of being grateful arises naturally inside us, it will show a clear direction for the future as well.

Movement allows us to connect to things beyond words. We can connect to the wise intuition of our subconsciousness and with the flowing current of our humanity. This kind of movement doesn’t require special training. Everyone who joins will be able to follow the simple instructions and bring their bodies into motion. And anybody who brings their body into motion in a free improvisation will bring their psyche into motion as well, and will be able to connect to their inner source of power and vitality. This process is basically the waking up of our life force.

We’ll give permission to LIFE to become more alive in us and we let our horizon expand.

On this workshop we’ll follow the map of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms. The workshop is open to everybody, regardless of previous experience. Number of participants is limited to 30.
