A 5Rhythms® and Yoga Vacation Retreat

Come join us at the amazing Okreblue Seaside Retreat Center on Paros island this summer in Greece.

The idea of Zero Pressure has come naturally as a Re-Treat idea after taking into consideration the pressure we have all gone through during this demanding period worldwide.

We can’t wait to spend time nourishing our body, spirit & soul without big demands, tight schedule or huge expectations from ourselves.

This workshop is a big YES to movement, dancing and relaxation at a serene place with wonderful cuisine at a walking distance from a relatively untouched beach.

The retreat starts on the 15th of August with a welcome teaser of Yoga and 5R combination session followed by a delicious organic dinner at Okreblue’s restaurant.

Starting our days with gentle Yoga for all levels and ending them with 5Rhythms® movement meditation sessions, we promise you a rejuvenating Re-Treat for your body and soul!

There will be plenty of time for Zero Pressure here at Okreblue to enjoy the sun, the beach, the amazing Aegean blue and the island beauties.

You can come earlier and stay longer at the Center, but make sure you communicate that in advance to check availability.
