As in a usual class, there will be a warm-up, some teaching and a wave, with an invitation to join a speaking circle afterwards.

Christian de Sousa is a movement teacher, DJ and community facilitator with 15 years of holding renowned conscious movement spaces. He trained with Gabrielle Roth in 5Rhythms, was one of Ya'Acov & Susannah Darling Khan's first pathfinder teachers of Movement Medicine and has studied with Malidoma Patrice Somé, Chris Luttichau and Arnie Mindell amongst others.

Christian founded the dancingTao collective and was the creator of the legendary Sweaty Thursdays, which ran for many years at St Peter's Church in London. He is a faculty member of the School of Movement Medicine and has taught at One Dance Tribe in Europe and New York.

dancingTao is a collective of dancers, facilitators, artists and other agents of change. We are committed to bringing movement practice into support of growth for individuals, communities and the world field. We operate as a CIC (Community Interest Company) and we seek to welcome all dancers and 'non-dancers' into movement.
