One - time 5Rhythms class
Held by the safe and spacious container of the 5Rhythms® movement practice, this dance is open to ALL levels of experience and abilities. With the intention to let go of this past year's challenges and honor our joys, we catalyze and embody our moving forward unencumbered into 2020. The 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, support us in letting go and opening up new, creative possibilities. A simple and profound practice, lightly guided with deliciously eclectic music, opens us to greater awareness and peace of mind and heart.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
