Up in the hills overlooking the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast, a stunning way to spend a Sunday morning... melding into the day and celebrating your own presence and fullness of being. A dynamic movement practice ~ of being in your body ~ that ignites creativity, connection, and community. 

Whatever the state of your heart, or your relationship with Valentines, on this celebrated, oft-awaited, co-created, activated, unrequited, exaggerated, and somewhat elated day of love, may we dance to liberate and awaken the heart.

Using the wisdom of the 5Rhythms maps, we will dance to our heart's content and beyond.

The latter part of this journey is an opportunity to lay down and receive. To be serenaded by a full body healing sound bath in the frequency of the heart, by beloveds Olivia Rosebery and Brayden Foster.

Olivia is an amazing and acclaimed soulful singer and songwriter, musician, vocal coach, and embodied voice for the Earth.

Bring a blanket, cushion, or sheepie so that you can be comfortable for this.

Also bring water to hydrate.

These slightly longer sessions are part workshop, part journeywork.
